Prior to founding BIT in 2008, Edwin worked and served as Project Manager in Galindo Consulting Group the first company in Bolivia to raise Remote work through Upwork (formerly ODesk & Elance)

Transitioned into management leading QA teams for gForce, Adteractive, NetIQ, PayPal, and Upwork.com. Transitioned into engineering leading development teams for PayPal, Billfire, and XPO
As the Chief Technical Officer, Henry leads the technical department as our Certification IT guru and sets up the strategy and processes standards. Henry has over 20 years of experience in Networking and Server systems design and deployment. His strong engineering background has contributed to BIT’s continued success.
