Together, we’ll work through all of your “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves” (and just as importantly “must-not-haves”) for your new hire(s). From technical skills to work environment setup, role seniority to past experience, personality traits and more — we’ll make sure we know exactly who and what you’re looking for.

Pick up for an interview

We have experience selecting the professionals that will best suit the needs of our clients’ projects. When the required professionals are not available within our team, we have an area specialized in talent selection, which will find the best fit to be incorporated quickly.

Each candidate is screened for language skills, personality, domain-specific knowledge, and a high level of professionalism, have them complete a number of tests to assess their specific technical proficiencies, check their references and past experience, and confirm they have personalities well-suited to working with western technical teams.

Then we present a handpicked list of pre-qualified candidates to you, allowing you to interview everyone either in person or via phone/video to make the final selection of your team members.

Onboarding & Start Working

Once the team members are selected by you, we will bring them on-board, providing all of the necessary training and equipment to ensure their full integration into your environment.

We take care of employment contract administration, offer tax and legal services, and administer payroll – salary and social contribution payments.

We set up a complete workstation as per your specifications for each engineer, ensure everyone has a comfortable fully furnished office workspace, offer 24/7 IT administration and support, and provide video conference and audio communication systems.

Ongoing Support​

We continue to monitor the work of your team members, provide ongoing feedback and necessary training while advising on further adjustments and/or improvements as needed.

We share our expertise on best practices, tools, processes, and team collaboration mechanisms, monitor and provide regular feedback on team members’ onboarding and training progress.
