We started as one of the first partners of ODesk (now Upwork) in Bolivia and worked on its transition between ODesk and Elance to merge into Upwork. we have helped organizations augment their fulltime staff with effective engineering resources.

Prior to founding BIT in 2008, Edwin worked and served as Project Manager in Galindo Consulting Group the first company in Bolivia to raise Remote work through Upwork (formerly ODesk & Elance)
As the Chief Technical Officer, Henry leads the technical department as our Certification IT guru and sets up the strategy and processes standards. Henry has over 20 years of experience in Networking and Server systems design and deployment. His strong engineering background has contributed to BIT’s continued success.
